Trainer Liability
Trainer Liability is for Independent instructors, trainers or clinicians. It is a full liability insurance plan that protects you in case of injury to horses in training or adults or children taking horseback riding lessons. Many equestrian facilities require horse trainers and instructors have coverage before teaching on property.
Instructor and Trainer Liability Includes:
- Coverage applies on and off premises throughout the United State, US Territories and Canada
- No deductible for liability
- Liability limits ranging from $300,000 to $2,000,000 covering bodily injury and Property Damage
- Fire legal liability up to $100,000
- Up to $10,000 for medical payments
